The establishment
On December 1st the Chaos Computer Club finally moved from its old location
in "Schwenkestraße" to 72 "Lokstedter Weg". On one hand this was hard
for everyone because good old "Schwenke", lying in an old basement apartment,
had been a synonym for CCC for years. On the other hand though, the situation
called for a change. The heating was working its own schedule and after every
rain the large copier had to be fanned (and no, it was NOT standing outside).
Well, afterall we found a new location with even more space than before.
We also don't need special rooms for debates or small projects anymore.
Also we have an interesting partner residing in our rooms: the
SSdeV
(lockpickers: they do mechanically what CCC does electronically - unlocking locks).
